Privacy policy

Short version: we do not sell personal information or ask for an account.

What we collect

The store price-report form asks only for a menu item, the price or availability you saw, and the date. It does not ask for your name, email, address or payment details. Reports are kept for factual review and never appear publicly as comments. If you email us, we keep that email only to answer it.

To limit automated abuse, the report endpoint converts network metadata into a one-way keyed hash. The raw IP address is not stored, the hash is not shown in the admin panel, and it is used only to enforce submission limits.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read and how people arrive here. It sets a first-party cookie holding a randomly generated identifier, so that repeat page views can be counted as one visit rather than several. We do not send it your name, your email, or anything you submit through the price-report form.

Google processes this data as our analytics provider, under its own terms. If you would rather not be counted, Google publishes an opt-out browser add-on, and any tracker-blocking extension or browser setting will stop the script loading. Nothing on this site needs analytics to work — every price, table and opening time is in the page itself.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to serve and measure advertising. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or device identifiers to select, limit and measure ads, including to distinguish one browser from another. We do not send AdSense your name, email, or anything submitted through the price-report form.

Google processes advertising data under its own privacy policy. Depending on your location and consent choices, ads may be personalised or non-personalised. You can manage ad personalisation in Google’s ad settings, and browser privacy controls or tracker-blocking extensions can prevent the advertising script from loading. The site’s prices, tables and opening times work without it.

Outbound links

We link to official brand sites and delivery platforms. Once you leave this site, their privacy policies apply, not ours. Some outbound links may be affiliate links; that never changes what we list or how we rank anything.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask what personal information we hold about you. Price reports are not tied to a name or email, so we normally cannot identify one as yours. Requests about an email you sent us go to the address on the contact page.
