Red Rooster delivery — apps, fees and minimum orders

✓ Last verified

Four ways to get Red Rooster delivered in Australia, and what each one actually costs once fees are added. Own-delivery fees run from $1.99 to $2.99 across 311 stores. Pick-up and Click & Collect are almost always the cheapest.

Where you can order

Channels enabled in Red Rooster’s own store data, across the 312 stores we track. These are the brand’s flags, not each platform’s own coverage, so a store can appear on a delivery app without being counted here.

The own-delivery fee is the same everywhere

We pulled the delivery fee and minimum order from all 312 store ordering pages. There is no suburb-by-suburb variation to hunt for — the numbers are national.

What you actually pay

Click & Collect

In-store pricing, no delivery fee, and member vouchers usually work. Cheapest option.

Brand’s own delivery

Menu close to in-store pricing, delivery fee applies, minimum order commonly around $25. Smaller delivery radius.

Uber Eats / DoorDash

Widest coverage. Menu marked up, plus delivery fee and service fee. First-order and spend-based promos can offset it.

Menulog — closed

Menulog stopped taking Australian orders on 26 November 2025 when Just Eat Takeaway.com shut its local operation, and existing customers were moved to Uber Eats. If you see it listed anywhere else as an option, that listing is out of date.

Most member vouchers are excluded from third-party delivery. See current deals for which channel each offer works on.

Frequently asked questions

Is Red Rooster delivery cheaper on the app or on Uber Eats?

The brand app is normally cheaper because the menu is not marked up, but its delivery radius is smaller. Uber Eats and DoorDash reach more addresses and often run first-order or spend-based discounts that can beat the app on a single order.

Why is the delivery menu more expensive?

Delivery platforms charge the restaurant a commission on every order, so menu prices on those platforms are set higher to cover it. That mark-up sits on top of the delivery fee and service fee you pay.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

Minimums are set per store and per platform, commonly around $25 on the brand’s own delivery. Platform minimums are usually lower but come with higher small-order fees.

Can I get delivery from any store?

No. Only some stores deliver, and platform coverage differs store to store. Each of our 312 store pages lists which apps carry that specific location.

Fees, minimums and coverage are set by Red Rooster and the delivery platforms, and change without notice. We are an independent guide and do not process orders.
